These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) form the basis for the provision of services by EASY CARE AUTO SERVICE L.L.C (hereinafter referred to as “Eсare Auto”) to the Customer. By engaging in the services provided by Eсare Auto, the Customer agrees to be bound by the Terms outlined herein.

  1. The Customer is advised not to leave any personal belongings inside their vehicle, including items such as electronics, sunglasses, money, documents, or accessories. The Customer confirms that no illegal or hazardous items are present in the vehicle. Eсare Auto assumes no liability for loss or damage to any personal items or to the vehicle itself. The Customer shall provide a spare key if needed, especially in cases where the vehicle may automatically lock.

  2. Upon signing a Service Order or confirming service via digital or verbal means, the Customer agrees to pay the full amount due for all listed services and any additional approved work as per the Invoice.

  3. All initial prices provided by Eсare Auto are considered estimates unless otherwise agreed. Final costs may vary based on actual time, materials, or parts required.

    • Unless specifically declined in writing, Eсare Auto is permitted to carry out additional services or provide necessary parts/materials, with the Customer being responsible for associated reasonable costs.

    • The Customer may request formal estimates; by declining such estimates, the Customer accepts full responsibility for charges incurred. Verbal or SMS approvals are deemed valid.

    • In case of cost disputes, the Customer must settle the invoice while the matter is under review, including any storage charges that may accumulate during this time.

  4. Service duration is approximate and may vary depending on the condition and requirements of the vehicle. Eсare Auto will not be liable for delays in service delivery.

  5. All services are carried out at the Customer’s risk. Claims related to damages will be limited to the value of the service performed. Eсare Auto is not liable for issues such as pre-existing windshield cracks becoming worse.

  6. Vehicle handover includes basic visual inspection. Eсare Auto does not inspect internal systems such as electronics unless explicitly requested. The Customer waives claims relating to such internal components.

  7. Eсare Auto reserves the right to assign any employee or subcontractor to perform services. The Customer authorizes necessary transport or relocation of the vehicle, which is done at the Customer’s risk and under waiver of liability.

  8. Any claim related to service performance or damage is governed by these Terms and subject to the coverage and limitations of Eсare Auto’s current insurance policy.

  9. Payment for services is due upon completion. Unpaid balances may result in the vehicle being withheld until payment is made. The vehicle remains at the Customer’s risk until payment is finalized. Some services, such as paint protection film, may require a non-refundable advance.

  10. The Customer agrees that Eсare Auto has a lien on the vehicle for unpaid service or storage fees.

  11. Eсare Auto provides a 2-day service warranty covering workmanship and installed parts, unless stated otherwise. The warranty excludes specific services such as upholstery restoration, installation of used or aftermarket parts, or engine bay cleaning.

  12. The warranty shall not apply in the following cases:

    • Film damage due to road debris, pressure washing, or physical interference;

    • Defects arising from poorly repaired or corroded surfaces;

    • Damage caused during removal of tint, PPF, or vinyl film;

    • Fogging in lights or lamps.

  13. If the Customer supplies parts or materials, Eсare Auto is not responsible for their quality or any resulting service issues.

  14. Unless specifically requested before work begins, disassembled or replaced parts may be discarded or recycled at Eсare Auto’s discretion.

  15. The Customer understands that certain services may alter the vehicle's characteristics, potentially affecting manufacturer warranty, insurance claims, or registration eligibility. Eсare Auto bears no responsibility for any resulting consequences.

  16. Eсare Auto’s liability under any service or material warranty is limited to redoing the service or replacing the defective part at a reasonable cost.

  17. By submitting personal information to Eсare Auto or its representatives, the Customer consents to its use for service delivery and lawful business purposes in line with applicable data protection laws.

  18. Eсare Auto will not be liable for service delays or failures due to force majeure events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, pandemics, and governmental restrictions.

  19. Vehicle delivery to or collection from Eсare Auto by a person other than the owner must be authorized in advance. Eсare Auto may refuse handover if adequate proof of such authorization is not provided.

  20. The Customer must collect the vehicle within 24 hours of service completion. Thereafter, a storage fee of AED 100 per day applies. Eсare Auto may, at its sole discretion, park the vehicle outside its premises and shall not be liable for damages or penalties incurred while the vehicle is unclaimed.

  21. Customers are urged to inspect their vehicles and personal belongings before leaving the Eсare Auto premises. Complaints made after departure may not be accepted.
